Igor leads the operations and support teams for Grand Consulting Group. He has been providing technology solutions to Iowa businesses since 1999. Igor’s technical training and certifications as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and a Microsoft Certified Business Partner help him design efficient and professional support systems for Grand Consulting’s clients. He has implemented and managed solutions for clients in the health care industry, legal practices, accounting firms and large retail stores, among others.

Daniel E. Shipton, CEO

Dan has a diverse and highly technical background spanning application development, virtual reality, and large scale graphics installation and programming. Dan is a dynamic and hands-on leader adept at establishing vision and creating an attractive and effective work environment.

Thai Luong, Support Specialist

Thai provides technical support on-site and over the phone for Grand Consulting’s customers. He loves problem solving, motor scooters, cell phones, good food, and trivia. He has a knack for customer service well-honed from years in the restaurant industry — not to mention some good recipes.
