Andrei’s journey to Grand Consulting began halfway around the globe in Russia, where he worked as a Senior Information Technology Specialist in the Russian Tax Service for over 10 years.

In 2021, he was just one of 50,000 individuals who were selected to immigrate to the United States as part of the Diversity Visa (DV) Lottery. He traveled all the way to Warsaw, Poland, along with his wife and daughter, to complete their interview at the U.S. embassy.

Needless to say, Andrei is incredibly excited and grateful to be part of the Grand Consulting team. He loves the warm and friendly atmosphere and admires how everyone treats the clients’ problems as their own. The coffee and tasty snacks are just an added bonus.

His goal is to learn how to solve problems faster by processing information quickly and asking the right questions. When he’s not at work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.
