Thai provides technical support (and on-the-fly therapy) for Grand Consulting’s clients. Before becoming an I.T. guru, he spent years in the service industry perfecting his customer service skills, ability to carry multiple hot plates, and many other tricks.

When he's not fixing your problems (technical and otherwise), Thai furthers his expertise as a photography wizard and short film director; he’s actually won several awards along the way. Fun fact: Thai once started a vintage scooter club called The Corporation.
